Hello Everyone!
I wanted to take a minute to introduce myself, since I just joined
this evening. I'm 23 years old and have been battling weight issues
for most of my life. Four years ago, I completed 12 weeks on the BFL
program and my body was looking GREAT. As the college courseload
became more difficult, I started to slack on my workouts and finding
a reason to "binge" at night on a late-night burrito.
Four years after my initial success, I'm back to the weight that I
started with. Right now, I'm traveling the country on business, but
will have a much more stable position in May (was just notified of a
promotion!). When I return to our HQ, it'll be back to the grind,
following the plan to the "T." Until then, I'm working to get life
back in order (creating goals, making good decisions on food while
traveling, and walking/running when possible).
Hope everyone is finding success with their programs! I'm looking
forward to BFL in just a month and a half! :)
