Hello, everyone! I had done the BFL program years ago. I just
couldn't believe the progress people made over just 12 weeks. I showed
a friend who's a personal trainer and she didn't believe the pics were
real. I did it for 12 weeks and got totally ripped. That made a
believer out of me. I've always been health conscious and in fairly
good shape so the program fit right in with my lifestyle. I've decided
to follow the program again and see if I can't get that ripped body
back lol. We shall see.
