It is really very difficult to face with this illness, I think. In 1996 I lost
one of my kidneys and this year I have been
told that I have beurger disease. This one is much much difficult for me to
accept my illness. After 8 months, I have just
started to be able to wear my shoes again and thanks God that for the time being
only my foot thumb is affected by the
disease. Quitting smoke is a must unfortunately and Nicotine Chewing Gums help
me very much indeed to stop smoking.

Anyway, in this mail I would like to share some of helpful thing for this
disease. Of course all these are not scientific
facts; instead some information that I have read in the internet. Who knows,
maybe they helps! With this idea, I am writing
to you.

- Prepare 2 liters of fresh lemon juice and add 40 teeth of garlic by crushing
them very well and without washing them. Put
all in a dark bottle that it will not see any light and always close it. Never
put water or sugar inside it. About 25-30
days, shake them well everyday. Afterwards, every morning drink half of a small
glass (around 125 ml.) without eating or
drinking anything. Then wait at least 30 minutes to eat or drink something else.
I have read that this is very helpful for
the veins and for this disease. It is also helpful for lowering cholesterol,
rheumatism, calcification, vertigo,
hypertension, etc.

- Nettle tea is also very useful, they said.

- Ginkgo Biloba is also very helpful to have healthy veins.

These are the thing I have read/learned. Although there is no miracle for us,
these may be useful somehow:-)

Regards,

Mustafa,

Thanks for the inforamtion. But please be careful with the nicotine chewing gum. I was told that the nicotine and the toxins is what we are all allergic to...
