Re: not smoking works!!!

Cold Turkey is the best way to go, over the
weekend of my birthday (D Day) that I was to quit
smoking, I did not smoke a cigarette, of course this was
with the help of my wife. I smoked one on the way to
work tonight, got dizzy and threw it out after about 4
drags on it. As far as the other quick methods go, I
have chewed the gum and smoked at the same time, tried
nicorette and it just did not give me the craving I needed
even though I was getting the nicotine. Strawberry, it
is highly unusual for your son to get the disease in
such an early life of his, guess anything is possible,
I first got my symptoms when I was about 44 years
old. I am very sorry to hear about his condition, but
tell him not to give up, life is too precious. Good
luck to all and may I hear from you all soon.
