Hello Carolyn,,
Hey there. glad to hear your doing good, but I just want to share a little
bit of a warning.. By allowing yourself to break down and sneak these extra
cigarettes you are very likely setting yourself up for a relapse.. The mind
is a funny thing,, it says, well, maybe I can just have one once a week,
what self control I have. Wow I can do this,, wow, I can be self
controlled,, I love it.. Then all of a sudden, if you can control one, then
the mind says, well maybe 2,, I can handle 2,, look how much control I
have.. well shoot maybe one a day,, that aint to bad.. what control I
have..
Carolyn,, please STOP playing with fire.. no pun intended.. Please,, for
your own sake and limbs if you start up again, you will be so bummed out at
yourself.. Give yourself a victory.. ..
in love
Barry
