Thank you so much for the advice, though I'm not sure if I can stay
away from caffeine either. I'll be hitting the again gym next week.
My doctors gave me the go signal, finally, to start working out
again. Some friends suggest getting a foot spa/scrub might improve
the circulation, and one even say I should buy that stuff you put
around your foot overnight--some plaster or tape you stick at the
sole of your foot that supposedly helps detoxify your system. I
honestly dunno how that works, but that's the manufacturer's sale's
pitch. Anyway, this friend has been using it for a month and swears
by it. Says she sleeps better now, feels better, etc. It's from this
Japanese theory that a healthy foot promotes overall well-being. Oh
well, what have I got to lose? Like you, I'll take it with a grain of
salt.
Again, thanks for your advice. I'll keep them in mind.
