That's quite a story you have. I can only hope I'll be
strong enough to resist the lure of cigarette smoking
for life.

Honestly, I knew before I picked up the habit over 13
years ago that it causes all sorts of cancers, lung
cancer being the most "popular," but this is the first
time I have heard of Buerger's disease. And it had to
happen to me for me to find out. Oh well.

Thank you for sharing your story. I hope you'll be
able to win you battle with the nicotine again soon,
and never have to go through surgery this time.
