THE FATIGUE that flies under the 'radar'
I suspect that this is the fatigue that doctors have been wondering about. Because there is compensating hemolytic anemia .. the initial blood work looks OK, and they don't see the need to check further. Blood in urine is 'part of the picture' for those with too much exposure to 2-butoxyethanol. The fatigue of this chemical exposure is compensated, autoimmune hemolytic anemia.
