I rinse, then soak overnight, then rinse again and it does not seem to be a

I soak the quinoa 12 - 24 hours, rinse well in cold water finishing off with one rinse in boiling water before cooking, no scrubbing needed! Pia texastykes...

I use leftovers to make tabouli...I think I might have gotten that from the BED book..... I found a red quinoa at the health food store and my family loves it...
