you are right christina. a strict stage 1 diet would not include pineapple, blueberries or the others you mentioned. Lemon and Lime and some green apple only...

I've been doing it here. I think you would want some liquid to make sure it disoved well. I don't recall the capsule number we use but I can get about five...
