Jennifer,

As far as I can tell, I did not receive an e-mail confirming sign up- but
everything seemed to go through OK. It took me 3 tries today to get the
message board to show up when I tried to access it but it recognizes me (in the
upper right hand corner) so it sure looks like I am signed up, even though I did
not log in my own name, I used the support password.

Could this be a combination of using AOL and MacIntosh computer?
