You can set yourself up to "subscribe" to different post. For
example:

I have myself "subscribed" to ANY subjects, that I have posted in,
this is inclusive of the ones I may "author". At the bottom of
each "topic" there is a link that says "subscribe". If you would
like to receive notifications of new post on that topic,
then "click" on subscribe.

For the post that I am signed up for, I actually receive an e-mail
from BEDROK COMMUNITY that includes the post. I can then "Click" on
a link in the e-mail ( that was sent to me personally ) in order
to "reply" to the message.

Does this make sense?
