I would just put whatever Neem is recommended orally in the bag. I've never used
it myslef but that is usually the safest way to go with something new.
Natasha had a yogurt business in Europe. She now sells probiotics under the name
"Natren." I've bought them at the HFS but you can order online too. She has a
great book Probiotics Natures Healers which I found helpful and nformative.
