Feast Without Yeast   Message List

Hello, I pulled out the book Feast Without Yeast that I bought a
while back. Is anyone familiar with this book? There are so many
contradictions to BED. He says not to eat any apples, use any vinegar
or tamari. He says not to soak anything b/c it starts the
fermentation process and fermented food feed yeast. It's hard to sift
through all the info when much of it is conflicting. Does anyone know
of this book, have an opinion on it,??? Thanks Tara

Tara...you'll find lots of conflicting things on the subject. Two things that I have noted along the way. When some people speak of fermentation they don't...

I've heard lots of people say that fermented food is not appropriate for yeast. Since we actually innoculate our foods with anti candida organisms we are in a...

HI According to Dr. Mercola some people are protein types, some are carb types, and some are mixed types, don't know if this jives with BED. My daughter and I...

Hi Tara, That was actually one of the first books I read on candida. It was eye opening and a good STARTING point as far as understanding, but I did not feel...

I wouldn't take that book very seriously. They eat honey (!) and safflower oil and wheat flour, etc. Some of the soup recipes are good for inspiration if you...
