I called my local township office a few days ago to tell them about my bed bug problem and that my landlord would not treat our place nor told my neighbors. I am going to will talk to them (they are in construction so they leave really early and come home late). The township told me if they have a problem too, they are to call the landlord. If they don't get help from them either, the township wants called back, and they'll step in.
