To cure your acne, the first thing you need to really understand is
that acne is an internal problem. I know that may be hard to grasp
being that the breakouts are on your skin. However, understand the skin
is simply another channel of elimination for your body. Simply put, the
blemishes on your skin is where the problem is ending up, not starting.
It's very important for you to understand that you're not going to cure
your acne by washing your face with a cleanser and applying a cream or
topical treatment. The "root cause" of acne is internal, and until you

Hi,

You need to use a sun protection while you are going out,in this way
you can prevent skin burning.
Use a good moisturizer,or visit any doctor/pharmacy to prescribe to
you according with skin burn any ointment.
When you have skin burn from sun is not advisable to go to a salon for
treatment.
I am out of Kuwait until end of september ,I'll see you then.

Welcome to beautyinq8.
Skin whitening tablets should be taken if you are really healthy and
under doctor supervision.
Glutathione can not be used alone in order to get ligher .

Some suggestions for facial care regimens for skin of different ages.

Young (teenage) skin

Typical skin type - oily /combination:

remove make-up
cleanse, using mild or light cleanser
tone
moisturise (using a light product, because of the presence of sebum)
containing sunscreen ingredients that will block UVA/UVB.
Adult skin

Example skin type - normal to dry:

remove make-up
cleanse twice daily with a mild cleanser
tone
by day, use a medium moisturizer, with sunscreen ingredients
(UVA/UVB)
by night, use a heavier night cream without sunscreens
moisturise hands regularly.
Elderly skin

Usual skin type - dry:

cleanse with cream cleanser
use heavy-duty moisturizer daily with sunscreen
always use a night cream.
