Myths about clearing acne and reducing wrinkling   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #42 of 134 |
1 : There are medical treatments that can cure your acne.
FALSE! It's scientifically known that medication can't cure acne. At
best, it only hides it for a little while.
2: Externally applied commercial antioxidant products reverse
wrinkles.
FALSE! Scientific studies disprove this-with the exception of Retin-A
(which is expensive).
3: "Junk foods" cause acne.
FALSE! Scientific studies refute this myth. While eating nothing but
doughnuts will not help your mission to develop gorgeous skin-there
is no specific food that causes acne. However, there are certain
ingredients placed in certain types of foods that contribute to acne.
4: It will take a few months to clear your acne.
FALSE! Using the basic information in The "Magnificently Radiant &
Youthful Skin" manual most people clear most, if not all, of their
acne in less than 5 days.
5: Only surgery and other cosmetic procedures can permanently reduce
facial wrinkles.
FALSE! Botox and cosmetic surgeries are temporarily lasting and
require follow ups in order for the effect to last-which is very
expensive. The continual usage of these surgeries usually resorts in
a distorted face. The "Magnificently Radiant & Youthful Skin" manual
discusses the natural ways to reduce wrinkling-by starting from
within.
Wouldn't you agree that it's crazy to think you'll get different
results if you keep doing the same thing over and over again? If I
keep touching a hot stove and kept getting burned - I'd be silly to
think the next time I touch that hot stove I won't get burnt.
