Frequent or excessive barking is NOT just a nuisance. It's an emergency situation!

"Anyone who believes frequent barking is properly classified as a "nuisance" ......" [is mistaken].

"When the essential character of your existence is transformed and the quality of your life is slashed, that is not a "nuisance." That is a full-blown crisis. It is an emergency that warrants immediate action." (Mixon, Barkingdogs.net).

One significant reason this is so very true is because the so called barking laws appear to be absolutely unenforceable and thus the neighbors or rather the victims of barking dog noise are almost always left to find a solution themselves, which often end up in utter chaos or worse.

Our missions are to:

1) Educate the public, including our lawmakers.

2) Find peaceful solutions.(with irresponsible dog owners)

3) To get our lawmakers to open their eyes and see that "noise" is truly a PUBLIC HEALTH CRISIS that they can no longer ignore.
