regarding your query that there is no opening for freshers/freshly
trained, i would like to mention that you are mistaken. on
bangaloremt jobs page, if under experience column, nothing is
mentioned, it could mean that the particular companies are taking
freshers. also company that is taking mt trainees could mean that
they taking freshers. also OJT means on the job trainees, the first
post usually a fresher is given.

as an advice from an experienced person in this industry, since you
are new to this field, i would mention that in mt field usually jobs
are available in most companies even if they do not give advertising
for freshers. you have to approach each company individually to ask
if they are taking in freshers and surely you will get it.
