Job Description
Position: Medical Transcription Trainer
Qualification: Graduate + Certification course in Medical Transcription
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Transcription as
a trainer or as a Proofer
Job profile:
Implementation of Medical Transcription training programs (under guidance & supervision)
Scheduling, coordination and conducting the sessions & seminars.
Mentoring Trainees, Sharing feedback on performance and counseling trainees on ways of
improving performance.
Supervision and tracking trainee performance.
Periodic Trainee evaluation.
Creating the teaching aids and course material and constantly reevaluating them (these include notes, hand-outs, slides and any other material)
Maintain Quality checks and standards, ensure quality protocols are followed strictly.
Maintain and project the Company culture, values and image within the organization and with the clients.
Assist other faculty whenever required.
Coordination between the trainees, faculties, management and the vendor.
Reporting to the management.
Skills Required:
Good command over English
Good communication & presentation skills
Exposure to Computers with working knowledge of MS Office
Open to Travel.
