I am exactly 2 months out from my surgery and yesterday and today, I
have been starving! Yesterday, I ate something for breakfast at 10 and
was starving at 12. Then I ate almost a whole Smart Ones meal at noon
and was starving at 4. I got home and had maybe 1/4 cup leftover yams
from christmas dinner and was hungry by 7 p.m. for dinner. Today, I
have the same very hungry feeling. I had a protein bar at 10 and it's
not even noon and I am starving!
Is something wrong? What can I do to avoid this?
