Hi Leslie and Everyone,
 
I am there also and I know your pangs of distress.  I had surgery in delaware 06/2004.  I was 357 lost 120 pounds in a year.  I moved to baltimore one month after surgery and was unable to have the support that I needed.  I reverted back to my old eating habits as well.  I have since put on 40 pounds and i'm not happy.  I joined this group for encouragement also.  I noticed alot of new post ops that didn't have the same struggle that I have been dealing with for almost 2 years now.  I'm glad to read your email and I offer to you a word of encouragement not to give up.  We can move ahead and lose once again, but we have to put the tool that we were given back to work.  *smile*

I have reverted back to old eating habits and have gained all but 25 lbs back. I spoke to Dawn and Dr. Roe today and am looking to get back to basics. He suggested that I go back to the liquid diet for a few days to kickstart things.

I am looking for advice and encouragement from those who have been here.
