I thank you for the info about the vitamin D.
I will definitely check the web site.
My D levels have been very low and this is the second time it was low from my labs.
My doc told me to add a vitamin D pill, 1000 units a day... and I am doing that right now.
I am supposed to be checked again in 2-3 months.
I'm going to order the Tender D3-5 D pills and hopefully this will take care of things.
