Hi all it`s me again , i forgot to say something else ,about getting water in ,
well used to be i just could not do it , well after a trip to Sam`s club . i
found the little 8 oz. poda now i have started to drink them ,just enough , and
fill it up for next couple , i know it sounds awful ,but i am getting 3 aday in
now , working up , well i also have to have that gallon of iced tea, Sorry doc
,but i am trying , i know! atleast 90 ozs. daily ,i can do this , love those
little pods
