Diana, just wanted you to know that i love the new Curves,you were
right ,
Brenda ,Diana is right ,keep doing what you are doing , your body is
saying
,"hey! i lost wieght ,what happened? so the weight stops and you start
losing inches , yes it will happen, it has happened to most of us ,
little story here , i am out 7 years ,got on an ego trip and thought i
didn`t have to do the whole tool box any more , OOOOPPPSSS! not!
then i got PAD , and was given med for my legs , i gainned and thought
i
Failed , it took me 2 years to figure that i didn`t fail ,i just got
tired
of keeping up with my new life style eating , that turned to 35 lb.gain
..
but i have had an AHA moment , and Diana helped ,she told me i would
love
curves , she was right ,it also made me realize that i still had not
lost
the war , just got off on a whining and pity party , no one`s fault but
mine
, well i am proud to say , i have lost 5 lbs. and now in size 16 from
18
,and i now have gotten my protein powder and started,to picked up where
i
left off , i got my hair colored again , started to keep my nails
polished
,any one who knows me ,also knows nail polish is my fedish , but i do
them
myself , takes 2 hours ,but i am not eating after 8:00 pm, so hang in
there
,i will be back on site reading again , so will let you all know from
time
to time , DR. Roe was right , this is a life time relearning trip ,
don`t
get discussed ,just keep on doing what you are doing ,
AND DR.Roe i turned the tool box up side down and empited it out and i
am
picking up each tool again to use and put the box back together again ,
this
whole process is what you said , you just give us the tool to help ,it
is up
to us how we use it , EGO over , and no more pouting , WOW this is a
confession i never thought i could make ,
