well i been Forced(not really ) to start the 1 stage of our eating plan . have had all teeth removed and dentures put in so right away , now i am inPAIN!!!!!!!!
well maybe i can get some of this weight off and get back on track from the carb monster thingy, at last i am taking care of me not every one else , next comes new glasses , miss you guys , but today had to go to harrisburg for ajustments of dentures , and got back to late , cause we had to wait , up there it is first come ,first serve , but hey maybe this will help migraines also ,my family doctor says my sinuses are backing up on my teeth and making the pain worse , and it is now raining so we wull see, oh yes and as for WATER ! Dr.Roe ,you will be happy , i got those little 8 oz. pods so i could get it in better 8oz. at a time HEY !!!!!!!!!Me!!!
