Hey Ethel...how the he** are you? Always remember, that this is a
process, not an event, and there is always enough time to regroup. It
is never about how many times you fall down, it is about how many
times you get back up. THAT is what really counts. The damnable thing
about this whole thing is the arithmetic. An extra 100 calories a day
is a pound a month. That turns into 12 pounds a year, 60 pounds in
five years, etc. Try keeping a journal...write down everything you
eat WHEN YOU EAT IT. If it is not a regular mealtime, try writing
down what you were thinking or feeling when you reached for that
cookie. That little exercise might prove to be quite revealing if you
are using food for something other than nourishment.
Support groups are still the second Wedesday of the month at the
office..7pm. One hour. Better than hanging out at the local bar. :)

you can eat enought that it would matter what it is you blenderize as
long as your yongue doesnt rebel. I can imagine that tasting good.. I
would like to warn, as someone who knows, Cream sauces, cheeses, fats
etc are things I would highy suggest not ever getting use to again.
I think most of us long term post ops wish we would have stayed with
whole foods...non processed....no cream sauces, candies etc.
