You could try sewing up the front of his shirt with poppers at the
top so he can get it over his head. If he wears a tie it won't be
noticeable.
The jacket is more difficult. Does he find shiny metal buttons,
particularly those without 'eyes' any easier? If so he could maybe
wear a blazer type jacket with those sort of buttons.
Does he have to wear a jacket for a summer wedding? I know it is
difficult if it is a very formal do, but after all, everyone will be
looking at the bride, not him.
Or can you compromise and ask him to wear the jacket just for the
service and promise he can take it off immediately afterwards?
And I know from experience (as a button -phobe and the Mum of a
button-phobe) that you cannot force a child to overcome this phobia
by making them wear buttons.
