i appriciate your interest towards
ayurveda.Each of the herbs you got from india are
utilised in many diseases.
coming to the point to improve your health first
you have to asses your body type(vata,pitta,kapha)for

Amala is best suitable for pitta bodies for
maintainace of good health; if you are pitta type,
Take 1/2tea spoon of amla powder,soak in 1/2 glass of
water over night ,drink this water next day
morning on empty stomach.
if you are kapha or vata type
you can take "ashwagandha" in the form of "ashwandha
Ksheerapaka", once daily morning or at night.(if taken
at night it gives natural sound sleep).
Praparation:
Mix 2 spoons of ashwandha to 100 ml of cow
milk,and add 200ml of water ,boil till water is
evoparated, add required quantity of sugar. You can add
brahmi 1/4 spoon to this.
The general dose of Shilajit is 250mg to 500 mg
you can mix ashwandha and neem equally and take 1/2
spoon for skin diseases.
shijit 500mg, neem 1/4 spoon, amla1/4 spoon, ashwandha
1/4 spoon combined together, taken twicw daily are very
useful for the diabetics.
