Esteemed Members,

I have a query with regards to Ashwagandha. I'm aware that Himalaya
Ayurved company has long come up with an O.T.C. version of this herb
which they claim is safe to take without any prescription. Also, on the
pack, it mentions the same to be a anti-stress tablet. Before I went
ahead with buying the same, I would like to know if it is indeed any
anti-stress herb. Would be great if someone can explain me all the
effects (good and side) of this herb.

Thanks very much

Warm regards
Bhairvi Raichura
