Hi Sue,
Thanks for the lovely welcome :) Wow another person so close to the finish line!
It's really encouraging to hear from you all.
You know I was wondering how people were finding getting rid of the last few
kilos. It's kind of like the charge to the finish line. In the past (for me
anyway) when I get near the end and my body is fighting me for every single
ounce of weight it makes it sooo hard to stay focused. And with only 4 kilos to
go and all those special events I think you're doing brilliantly. It's wonderful
that you've been chronicling your achievements as well; it's a great thing to
look back on and to share. I'll be sure to take a look.
I know it sounds odd (and so against my instincts let me just say ;) but I'm
trying to only weigh myself every 2 or 3 weeks. I really get too focused on the
numbers if I do it more often than that. But somehow I don't mind this time
because I really feel confident and not scared of the little machine with all
the big ugly spinning numbers LOL!
I know everyone looks at this differently, but how often do you think we should
weight ourselves?
Cheers
Debbie
