My name is Debbie and I've recently joined the group so I thought I should pop
on in and introduce myself.
I am 46 years old and I had a gastric sleeve resection at St George Private
Hospital on the 11th February this year. My surgeon was Dr Jorgensen. I am
currently only 2 months into my weight loss journey but so far so good :) My
starting weight was 119kgs and as of last week I was 104kgs which puts me only
4kgs off my first personal target of being 100kgs :)
So far I have been thrilled with the results of the surgery and the resulting
boost in my health, happiness and self esteem. My hope for joining this group is
to give and get heaps of support and to learn from your combined wealth of
experience :)
