The judge issued a court order banning the victim, Tory Bowen, and prosecutors from using the words “victim,” assailant,” “rape,” “sexual assault kit,” and “sexual assault nurse” WHO: Rape Crisis Services. Protests will be held simultaneously across the state and across the country. WHEN: 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 17, 2007.
