Recently I met Mrs. Françoise Cochet, my neighbour in Paris, where I
spend a few months every year.
She told me about the loss of her son to the so called "choking
game" craze (in french "jeu du foulard".)

That tragedy lead her to form an association of concerned parents
who had undergone a similar tragedy concerning her own children. Her
purpose is to share experiences and to search for the social,
psychological and multiple other causes which can lead children to
such an extreme behavior. The above to help other parents having
children undergoin related problems and helping them to avoid such
tragic outcomes.
