I just wanted to tell you all that I spoke to Kim Collins Saturday. What a
shock to call her office on a Saturday and have her answer. She said that she
had not reviewed all of her young hanging victims but she said that she would
slowly progress thru them. She said that she was looking into the game being
played in her area. I told her about Scott's stats of 75 % of the kids know
about the game, and she could just assume that asphyxiation play was going on in
her area just like all other areas of the U.S. and other countries. I told her
that what we need from medical examiners, is review of past hanging where there
was not note, and there was no history of mental probs, or the family questioned
the suicide. She said that their system is not on computer, and that she could
not just do a computer search by age group, manner of death, etc. She said that
she had to pull each case to review!? Anyway, I know if a hanging death comes
her way she will at least have this in the back
of her mind, and she is in a teaching center, so she is telling students. She
wants any info we have of education going on in her area. Charleston South
Carolina. It is as if they need to hear that it is being played in their area
