Hi,
I am a graduate student in the School Psychology program at San Diego State
University. I am doing research for a grant that is looking at specific
cultural issues
related to Latino children being assessed with Autism. I would love to gather
information and personal stories related to Latino children with Autism and
experiences dealing with the educational system (successes, frustrations, etc.)
Particularly relevant are cultural differences you perceive that may have
affected your
child's needs and services. Also, any community groups you may know of would be
helpful. My Spanish skills are weak, but I read in Spanish so you may respond
in
either language. I also will post this in Spanish as well. I appreciate any
help I can
