Paste this all over the web.. to every group you belong to..and everywhere else
you can imagine..anywhere..everywhere..and get those you know to do the same.
Let this Krap flush down the toilet..instead of stinking up Prescott, Arizona
with his NEW THREAT of Calling the cops on little kids...the time out cell
wasn't bad enough... lets let his board of directors know what we think of his
current comments on putting 6 yr olds in Jail. Mr. Kapp of Prescott Unified
School
District now states he will call the police on elementary school students.. read
the comments.. one teacher
states she 'sits on' the children before she throws
them in the cell..the cell will be gone soon from Lincoln, but we have
knowledge
of another one at Miller Valley School in Prescott. This continues.. 11 in
Boise
Idaho Schools have been reported and about 10 others in other states have also
been reported. All reports will be followed through with regardless of the
other work we have.

We as parents and providers must put a stop to all of this as it is just
escalating
at a time when most of these Administrators have NO CLUE the House is
Investigating.
It's time to Turn UP the Heat on these careless cowards.

Michel II's Dad Truth or Dare to any Administrators reading this..
Truth..you need
to learn what a Behavior Intervention Plan is and administer it..not go to the
final straw
and use it.. DARE: Supply me with anything from the state of AZ that states you
can use
a time out cell... and answer to the ADE. I also Dare you to continue this..as
we will
continue to expose you to the press.. we are creating a committee to do exactly
that.

Any listmembers that would like to join this committee (other then the list
already meant
to do
so.. a big hand and gratitude to the RESTRAINT INFO Crew and their List..
Thanks !!

Mike
