Re: [Autismlist] Re: This finally clears things up for me

Hi Alan,

Speaking of Tink, she predicted last Spring the financial debacle in the Fall (October).  Well, she wasn't specific about it and surely didn't feel any need to save face if it was wrong.  I check in at Tink's blog to see how she is doing.  It's here...

Welcome back.

Tom

Interesting. It reminds me of someone else: Marian Keech. She and her band were certain
the world was going to end on a certain date. As the day of destruction approached, the
members (well, some) quit their jobs, gave away their belongings, etc. and, when the time
came, the faithful went to await the spaceship that would take them to safety.

Midnight. No spaceship. World still here.

2 AM. No spaceship. World still here.

4 AM. C'mon, say it with me now: No spaceship.

The world?

Yup. Still here.

Around 4:45, she had a stunning new revelation! The world had been spared due to their
great faith! And this increased the devotion of some of her followers.

Heh. Not sure who all remembers me. I've been keeping one eye on this list for a while...
don't know if it's inertia or something else, but haven't had quite the stamina when it
comes to things like keeping up with my lists of late. Been meaning to write a number of
times, but never got around to it.

How are Tink and her family? I haven't seen her around in a while.
