The reason why was, when we looked into it there was a boy the same age as my son that had it done and they gave him the wrong type and it killed him.  They said the labels are too similar and easy to get confused.  That was probable 5 or 6 years ago, we have not checked into it again because he is doing sooooo well.   We have also refused any and all shots and I watch very closely what medicines my son is give (which is very few, I do not think he has any this year at all).
