Welcome to the Autism-FC mailing list, started by Tom Smith 9 years ago on October 1, 1998. The old description written by Tom Smith stated:
"We have been in existence since '98 and have 70 members. I moderate the list and have 30 years experience in the field and have been an advocate for Autism and Facilitated Communication (FC) on the net since '95. The big brother list, the "Autismlist" at egroups, I have owned for as long and we have 450 members on that list. My FC work produced the book "QIM Tunes", a conversation with five adult autistics who also named the book. The conversation explored the unique nature of their autism and the dynamics of FC.
Please feel free to join and learn about FC or participate in the discussion.
