Atlanta's Fourth Annual HOTLANTA event is coming up fast!

When? August 14-17 2003

Where? The Atlanta Airport's Westin Hotel - Rooms are $79.00 per night and
you MUST tell them you are with "The Atlanta Club" to get this special rate.

How much? $38.00 - Fee goes up to $48.00 on July 20th, so register early and
$$ave!!

Que Pasa a la Fiesta - Early Bird Registrations will be taking place from
12-4 Thursday the 14th in the Swan Room.

Thursday night'ers have a choice: You can go to the HELP meeting with
Matthew from 7-9pm and then head over to B52's OR you can meet me in the
lobby of the Westin at 8pm and we'll take the hotel shuttle over to B52's to
get a head start on the meeting go'ers.

B52's is a great little place with pool tables, a dance floor, food, video
games, etc. It's nice & cozy, and we should have the place pretty much to
ourselves, if it's anything like last year.

If you are planning to go to the HELP meeting, please email Matthew @
AtlantaHClub . com so he will know how many people to arrange transportation
for.

Friday the 15th - Breakfast at 10am at Palio's, they have a yummy breakfast
buffet and it's around $10.95 per person for us. (You will get your coupons
when you register)

Registrations from 11-6 in the Swan Room - After you check in with the
hotel, PLEASE come staight to the Swan Room to get your nametags,
wristbands, etc. Once you are all checked in, you have several choices of
what to do from there. If you would like to go explore Atlanta, you can take
the hotel shuttle to the Marta station and from there you can go just about
anywhere! Check with anyone from Atlanta to get ideas of interesting places
to see.

If you would rather just stick around the hotel and see your friends as they
come in, you can either head on up to the pool or you can hang out at the
hotel bar which is right by the Swan Room, so you won't miss anyone!

Friday night - Meet in the Swan Room at 7pm for a night of meeting,
greeting, dancing, mingling, karaoke-ing, and general mayhem. We will have
our own bartender IN the Swan Room this year, so you don't have to go out to
Martini's (the name of the hotel bar) to get a drink. We will have the Swan
Room until 12pm, then we will migrate to the hotel bar for drinks and I'm
sure someone will have a bash in their room again this year. (Deena? Craig?)

Saturday the 16th - For those alive at 10:00am, we will be meeting at
Palio's for breakfast. Then, from 12 - 5, it's the by-now-World-Famous
HOTlanta pool party! We will have music, water-volleyball, and other pool
games. Lunch will be served at 1:00 and will be pretty much the same as last
year: sub sandwiches, sodas, chips, veggie & fruit trays, etc.

Saturday night - "The Fiesta" in the banquet room! There will be an
All-You-Can-Eat Mexican buffet, music, dancing, more mingling and party
games (No, not strip poker! LOL). There will also be a cash bar (complete
with margaritas!) so we don't have to go downstairs to get drinks. Have your
party shoes on because this is the main event and we will be going strong
all night!

Sunday - Meet in Palio's again for breakfast, then good-byes in the hotel
lobby. First-timers: You will want to have an address book or something to
take notes on, so that you can keep in touch with all the great friends
you've made over the weekend!!
