Who's invited? EVERYONE!!

It all starts on Thursday, August 14. We'll meet in the lobby of the Westin
and take the hotel shuttle over to B52's for the "Early Bird Pre-Party".
B52's has pool tables, pinball machines, video games, a dance floor and a
cozy atmosphere, perfect for our gang!

Just like last year, registrations will be held in the Swan Room from
10am-5pm on Friday. After you get registered, you're free to hang out by the
pool or in the hotel lobby to meet others as they arrive, or go exploring
HOTlanta! The hotel shuttle will take you to the Marta station and from
there you can get just about anywhere!

Meet back at the Swan Room at 7pm for meeting, greeting, dancing, mingling,
and other mischief. Matthew will have karaoke set up, and we will have our
very own bartender inside the Swan Room. We will be partying there 'til
around one-ish, then a nightcap at the bar or move the party to someone's
room, like last year.

Saturday morning: Meet at Palio's around 10 for a yummy breakfast bar! (Cost
for us is around $10.95)

After breakfast, get yer skivvies on and head on out to the
By-Now-World-Famous HOTlanta Pool Party! The Westin has a GREAT
Indoor/Outdoor Pool where we can swim from one pool to the other. We will
have music and a Water-Volley ball contest. Bring your coolers and your sun
tan lotion. Lunch will be served and is included in the Event fee. It will
be similar to last year with Giant Six-Foot Subs, potato salad, veggie &
fruit trays, snacks/chips, sodas and water.

Saturday Night: "The Fiesta!"
8PM Until 1AM

There will be an All You Can Eat South of the Border Buffet and a Cash Bar
so you don't have to go all the way downstairs to the hotel bar for drinks.

We will have the Dance Floor Packed so be ready to dance and party all
night!

Sunday Morning August 17th

Meet in the Lobby for departures and goodbyes.
