Hi ~ I'm jimmy(jim) and I am new here .. not sure if anyone uses this group, but thought I would give it a shot.

 

I received a Basic LOC cd as a gift several years ago and all I want to do is to let it run without sending me into giant panic attacks .. I am terrified that it will hurt my physical body .. I am aware (sort of) that this is backward, but, nonetheless, it is driving me to serious craziness.  Unfortunately, all attempts at healing (eft, tat, lots of others) do the same thing.  I have become desperate to have some relief .. i cant even sleep without the panic attacks now.

I cannot even read the formulae without the same panic situation occuring and it doesn't go away quickly.
