I have been including two sources of information for personal
self-care for about the last three years.

In my personal experience, these two sources plus regularly combining
them with the AFT Fatigue Formula really help to keep the old
acupuncture meridians humming along, and alleviate fatigue and energy
drops.
Required amounts of water and sea salt have been k-tested for my own
personal well being.
This to me also helps with the effectiveness of any other AFT formulas
I try.
Any thoughts on this from others?
