Hi All,
I would like to share some personal experiences with the above formula.
This formula is so simple it seems hardly relevant but I did some personal testing as to its validity.
It goes like this:
T, C, T,C,
BH, C.
I do the double tapping option so in plane language it goes like this:
Hold in mind someone you love while performing the following:
Thymus thump 40 times Collar bone 40 taps and then do it again.
Back of hand 150 taps, collar bone 40 taps.
If you familiar with Dr,. Hawkins work he recommends the Thymus thump in order to restore what he calls "blown acupuncture meridians". So to me the Fatigue formula performs the same function. This is also mentioned in Dr. John Diamonds work as well as related to EFT.
In addition I tested that the BH, C, sequence helps increase ones metabolism on the physical level.
I also tested that to improve the power of tapping it is important to be fully hydrated and also have a sufficient level of electrolytes in the body.
Do not listen to the Gatorade commercials - it is mostly loaded with sugar and table salt in my view.
The best re-hydration fluid is plain water and the most complete electrolyte is natural sea salt. (Containing something like 80 minerals!)
So for me, I drink two glasses of water and take about 7 or 8 grains of coarse Celtic sea salt on my tongue and let it dissolve like a lozenge.
Then I do the Fatigue Formula and get on with my tapping of whatever it is I am treating at the time.
Whew! Takes a lot longer to explain than do!
I believe there is a "connection" to the meridian system and the bio-electric energy systems in the body.
I would welcome any feed back on this "belief" as I am neither a chemist nor an expert on body systems. But it seems to work for me.
I have also done more research in this regard and may add some more information in a later post.
