No, not all formula lines end with C - although many do it doesn't
apply to all.

Look at Page 4 of the manual for a diagram of all the points.

The side of hand point is on the fleshy part of the hand opposite the
thumb, between little finger knuckle and wrist. (also know elsewhere
as the Karate Chop point - where you would hit something if you did a
karate chop on it)

Also, I am confused about where to

Not sure where you have got this last part from - it isn't in the AFT
manual?
