Do whatever supports you and you find helpful.
AFT is a particular tool for shifting energy and belief patterns - if
you have other tools you know and like and which help do this then it
all helps. I still use EFT myself sometimes :-)

Yes, give it a try!

I have try my physchosis with EFT, but it

That seems to be the way with EFT.
A lot of the training is about how to close in and get specific so
that EFT can work.
AFT (I believe) works at a more general level, dissipating the energy
field which is fuelling the whole problem.

Yes - you can do as many formulas as you like one after the other -
it doesn't matter if they are at different levels.
