Also Mary, I will volunteer to co-moderate if you like as would my
friend in Norway, Susan Bolstad. I co-moderate a couple of other
discussion groups but am not adept at moderating - how to set up the
spam filter system etc.

One group I co-moderate requires that new members have to be
pre-approved first before being allowed to post and it has never been
spammed in the three years I have co-moderated.

The applicant has to give a valid reason for wishing to join that
requires some knowledge of what the discussion group is all about.
Another option is to pre-screen each post, but I am sure, Mary you are
familar with what works.

By the way, a belated "Congratulations!" on becoming an AFT
Practitioner and best wishes for success.
