Hi Bob,
My apologies for mis-spelling your name in a previous post and
thanks for the update. I will be ordering the CD.
At some point I hope to get some further clarification on using "The
Basic Treatment CD". I really find it indispensible in several ways
and Dr. Ebert seemed to indicate that it was not really needed all
that much.
Now that we do double and triple tapping amounts it becomes quite a
process to tap the LoC formulas as well as the EFC and SR formulas
and a lot people get discouraged I feel, especially with a formula
like the Cancer one or others that you have to use daily for as long
as 60 days. Also if you are tapping for several conditions and
perhaps doing surrogate work as well.
My "schedule" for tapping is to do about half an hour in the morning
and another half in the evening. So I am running two sets
simultaneously. I feel by doing it that way if I miss one then it
gets duplicated again in the other.
So I start with playing the CD and then doing the tapping.Using the
Basic Tx CD just makes it so much more elegant in my view. I find it
much easier to only double the number of taps too - which is
equivalent to 10X. I get mixed up sometimes triple tapping if it is
a long formula. So double-tapping twice a day seems to work well for
me. I also tap on both sides of the body for most points. Like I
will tap 20 times on the right OE point and 20 times on the other
etc.
Sincerely, Nels

Ebert and I did a great workshop at the ACEP conference on
opposition defiance as a major source of resistance and
procrastination. you can order the audio CD from
