Hi Salina and Linda!

Welcome aboard. The ship seems to be deserted right now:-(

If you would like some background information about AFT I reccommend
you read messages 63 and 93 as well as any others that may have Dr.
Ebert as the poster. Dr. Shwartze is also a member of the foundation.

And post any questions you may have and see if we can get things
moving a bit here.

You may perhaps have some questions regarding a the "mechanics" of
the technique and some of the answers may aleady be in other
postings.

You really need the diagram of the treatment location points right
infront of you for awhile and I have one in a plastic document
protector with me all the time. I usually tap lightly with two
fingers as that covers a wider area and the Thymus and Vertex I
actually use all four fingers. The DT point I use my index and
middle finger to tap the TE and AE point simultaneously.

The C - Collar bone point is usually an indicator of the end of a
formula so if you get mixed up just tap the C point and start over
at the beginning of that formula. If you lose count just keep
tapping to the end. It will still help.

Anybody else want to chime in here?

Hugs, Nels
